Infrastructure Engineer Openings
We are a fast-growing crypto and web3 tech company, specializing in providing infrastructure, staking-related services, and software development for various blockchain networks, institutions, and end-users. As of 2023, we support and build tools for over 60 networks in ecosystems such as Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, Wormhole, Radix, Sui, Oasis, and SSV, with the total value staked with our validator exceeding $100 million. Established in 2017 by a team of web3 veterans, we deliver secure, reliable, and innovative solutions to foster the long-term development of the crypto and web3 space.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, robust, and high-performing institutional-grade blockchain network infrastructure
- Provision and automate the provision of server infrastructure, including blockchain nodes and application backends
- Monitor system uptime and performance
- Respond promptly to incidents
- Research and integrate new technologies into the company's infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network-related issues, conduct reviews and enhance the facility
- Conduct periodic resiliency testing
Core requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in infrastructure/system engineering
- Proficiency in Linux system administration
- Strong knowledge of automation using Ansible/bash (or similar)
- Previous experience in PostgreSQL (or similar) administration
- Familiarity with IP networking concepts
- Ability to utilize monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana
- Experience in deploying and managing bare metal servers and rack infrastructure
- Blockchain experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent teamwork, independent thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and self-motivation
- Enthusiasm for exploring the future development of blockchain technology
- Conversational spoken and written English
