This is Big Dipper's monthly review series. We will take a look at our partner projects' progress in the month and what we have contributed.

Akash

• The Akash Network, a decentralized cloud platform project, has developed and is launching an IBC Relayer with IBC. The Relayer is the UI that enables all transmissions and transactions on the IBC. Akash Mainnet 2 will be one of the first networks to integrate with the IBC and IBC Relayers.
• Proposal 2 to signal the Akash community regarding the upgrade of Mainnet 2 has passed, and Proposal 3 to upgrade to Mainnet 2 is now in voting period! Mainnet 2 is scheduled to go live at 1500 UTC on Monday, March 8, 2021.
• Forbole has become the largest validator on the Akash network with 10 % of voting power. Fobole announced that it will increase the commission from 0% to 1.5% on March 15.

Band Protocol

• Band Protocol, a decentralized data oracle project, posted their 2021 roadmap. It is  believed that developers will be able to integrate Band Protocol oracle in a fully documented self-service manner by the end of 2021.
• Over 1,700,000 oracle requests in production in February, an increase of 170% compared to the end of January.
• The BandChain Proof-of-Authority Network deprecated on March 2, 2021, allowing engineering resources to consolidate and improve the Mainnet network faster.
• The oracle network has been established on the Stargate codebase to allow cross-chain data requests through IBC.
• The Band Standard data set now supports more price data on Ethereum, Fantom Mainnets and Testnets on other blockchain platforms.
• CosmoScan has been optimized to generate queries faster, reports are calculated on the validator page, and has oracle script statistics (such as response time) to load separately. If the query is slow, the team implements an internal alert system. It has also begun to develop support for IBC messages.
• Announced the partnerships with Citadel.One, CoinMarketCap, Interlay, Polkacover, and Secret Network; Mirror Protocol Partnership update: will improve the security and redundancy of inventory Oracle scripts, and will recruit four more institutional-level data providers in the short term They will support the second phase of BandChain; Fantom partnership update: Now you can use Band Protocol on Fantom with more than 19 new DeFi price feeds!
• The Band Protocol Russian community led by Everstake was officially born!

Celo

• Celo, a decentralized digital payment platform, is holding Celo Camp again! Celo Camp is an eight-week virtual incubator and mentoring program designed to help decentralized entrepreneurs and developers build sustainable businesses on Celo. • Developers who participate in the Celo Learn Pathway and learn how to use DataHub to develop on Celo from February 11 will have the opportunity to win $50,000 in cUSD. Click here for video tutorials.
• The Celo Community Fund (CCF) is established through on-chain governance. It aims to  provide funding for projects that help develop the Celo ecosystem.

• Graph now supports Celo. All Web3 developers can use subgraphs to efficiently query data in the future; Sempo supports Celo. Assistance delivery on the Celo blockchain will be easier and more accessible than ever.
• Morgan Beller, former co-founder of Libra (now known as Diem), joined Celo as a consultant.
• Raised $20 million by selling the token (CELO) to venture capital firms including Andreessen Horowitz, Greenfield One, and Electric Capital; CELO is listed on BitMart.

Cosmos Hub

• The Cosmos ecosystem, which aims to build a million block chain, has upgraded to Stargate. Thank you Cosmos Hub validators and engineers for achieving this! If you want to know what the future of Interchain will look like, please watch the queuing up video.
• cosmoshub-4 and irishub-1 successfully connected through IBC, and became the first Interchain connection; IBC protocol integration status of different blockchains.
• Ethan Buchman and Sam Hart talk about how Cosmos has become a port city in the cross-chain era.
• There are some issues after the Stargate upgrade. ATOM holders worry, the team will notify you by time.
• Tess Rinearson wrote the plans for the next eighteen months leading to Tendermint Core 1.0, including improvements in interface, stability, performance, security, usability, etc., and details of the next release.
• The cosmoshub-3 blockchain hit a record of 5 million blocks! It is now the longest Cosmos Hub chain.
• Cosmos SDK 0.40: Stargate is released. The core team of Regen Network leads the SDK architecture, transplants to Protobuf, and manages the non-IBC parts of the Stargate.
• The Gravity Bridge is coming to the Cosmos Hub. Learn how it works in Althea's latest article.
• ABCI++ designed by Sikka for Tendermint Core will bring privacy, integrity and scalability optimization to Cosmos.
• B-Harvest proposes to adopt a liquidity module onto the Cosmos Hub.
• Tendermint's new investment: Tgrade. This project focuses on DeFi regulation.
• Cosmos x e-Money held an AMA on the Cosmos Network Telegram channel to discuss topics such as stablecoins.
• ATOM was selected by Lark Davis as the five best Altcoins to buy in February!
• cyber~Congress sending grants to Keplero Wallet.

• Flow, a decentralized game applications blockchain platform project, acquired the Animoca brand to bring the "MotoGP™ Ignition" technology to Flow and announce the first NFT sales of collectibles; OpenSea, the world's largest digital collectibles market, will integrate Flow blockchain into its platform to facilitate an open, next-generation economy of Flow-powered digital assets.
• Supports Open Worlds, immersive podcasts about applications, games, and new worlds of communities.

Kava

• Kava, a decentralized financial platform project, launched Kava 5 Testnet, and the "Money Market Madness" competition started at the same time. Participants had a chance to win a HARD worth 25,000 yuan. The Kava 5 Public Testnet was also successfully launched.
• The implementation of Kava's new single release module has been successfully audited by CertiK.
• Through IBC, Kava's DeFi applications and services will be provided to XPRT, RUNE, and AKT holders respectively; Huobi DeFi Labs announced partnership with Kava Labs to provide revenue farm opportunities in exchange for users to seamlessly access KAVA and HARD running on the Kava platform , Kava-based DeFi applications and services; Integration with Chainlink, Kava will integrate IBC to make Chainlink price reference data available to all Cosmos-based blockchains and more than tens of billions of digital assets.
• Kava was selected by CoinCodex as one of the top three cryptocurrencies.

LikeCoin

• LikeCoin, a decentralized publishing infrastructure project, sent red pockets to Discord users in the lunar new year!
• Proposal 9 passed, and the LikeCoin of the migration pool, team pool, and ecosystem pool will be equally delegated to existing active validators. The validator rewards will increase to balance the impact of the increase in the number of validators.

Solana

• Solana Network’s inflation proposal has passed, stakers will be rewarded if they delegate SOL to the validator.
• Held Solana Foundation x Serum DeFi Hackathon, prizes of up to $400,000, and the event ended from February 15th to March 1st.
• All Mainnet Beta validators, please upgrade to Mainnet-v1.5.10.

As an open source block explorer, Big Dipper has been forked 107 times on GitHub, and users from more than 140 countries and regions have used Big Dipper. The Big Dipper team is upgrading Big Dipper, which will become a comprehensive blockchain explorer and token management tool in the future.
