We are currently seeking a Trainee Infrastructure Engineer in Hong Kong to contribute to our staking service and node operation.

Responsibilities

  • Implement secured, robust, and high-performing institutional-grade blockchain network infrastructure.
  • Provision and automate server infrastructure, encompassing blockchain nodes and application backends.
  • Monitor uptime and performance of systems, responding promptly to incidents.
  • Research and integrate new technologies into the company's infrastructure operation.
  • Troubleshoot network-related incidents, conduct reviews, and implement improvements to the facility.
  • Conduct periodic resiliency testing.

Core Requirements

  • 1-3 years of infrastructure/DevOps/system engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Linux system administration, automation using tools like Ansible and Bash, PostgreSQL administration, configuring reverse proxies such as Nginx, understanding of IP networking concepts
  • Experience in monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, knowledge of distributed systems, and expertise in bare metal server and rack deployments.
  • Excellent self-learning capabilities, teamwork, independent thinking, strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and self-motivation.
  • Solid understanding of blockchain technology.
  • Proficient in conversational spoken and written English.
