POSITION OBJECTIVE

Work with the Product Marketing Head to develop content strategy. This individual will manage content - which includes planning, producing, and analyzing the written content created. The ideal candidate will collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives in the most efficient manner.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, survey reports and web copy
Proofreading, restructuring and editing articles written by other team members
Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot and social media analytics tools
Maintaining best practices and developing online content standards, compliance, voice and tone, style guides
Helping with User Journey Mapping, FAQs, UI content and on-page content configuration as well as product feature related documentation
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar
Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently
Interact with content specialists, graphic designers and internal team members to create and review all content & ensure consistent message
Research and identify additional opportunities to increase our brands’ exposure

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
At least 5 years of content marketing or direct copywriting experience
Proven work experience as a Content Editor, Web Editor or similar role
Strong communication skills
Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
Ability to create, update, and maintain training documents
Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills
Experience/consistent performance in deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work
Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities
Clear, effective communicator—verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive
Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity
Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
Must be able to set relevant priorities on a daily basis as the job requires
An uncompromising approach to hitting deadlines
Results-oriented; proven ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results through self and others under time pressure.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Must be able to communicate in a calm and collected fashion
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of traffic, leads and sales
Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and channels
Native or close to Native level English ability
Social media content creation capabilities are a plus
Passion and experience writing about crypto is a huge plus
